I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in Kansas and a Nationally Certified Counselor. I earned my Master’s of Arts in Counseling from MidAmerica Nazarene University, focusing on marriage, couples, and family therapy, and I have additional training in treating sex addiction.
I have a heart for relationships and healing. I desire to see people integrate their mental, emotional, and spiritual selves. I especially love to walk with women in their prenatal and postpartum period. I help adults and adolescents who struggle with anxiety, depression, mood disorders, identity issues, general adjustment, trauma, relational issues, and grief. I work from person-centered theory with an attachment perspective and like to draw from experiential and solution-focused therapies.
